Necip Soyak
President, International Division
Necip Soyak oversees Fitzgerald Brunetti Inc.’s international operations and brings nearly forty years of experience to lead the company’s expansion into emerging markets worldwide. His distinguished career in business includes senior executive positions on three continents at the top of some of the world’s premium automotive and industrial brands.
Previously, Necip has held numerous leadership positions at Ford Motor Company. As President & CEO of the Premier Automotive Group in Japan, he oversaw sales of Ford’s multi-billion dollar premium brand portfolio, including Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo. He additionally served as Executive Vice President of Volvo Cars of North America, where he managed operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
Necip has also held a variety of management positions for the Swedish-based industrial giant, Atlas Copco, including senior executive appointments for the company’s operations in the United States, Japan, Belgium, and Spain. His thirty-year career at Atlas Copco saw significant expansion of the brand worldwide and culminated in his appointment as President & CEO of the global multi-brand power tool division, which incorporated all of the acquired companies in that field.
A native of Istanbul, Necip holds dual citizenship in the European Union and the United States and speaks several languages. He has served on the Board of Directors of numerous organizations in Japan, India, Sweden, and the United States. In 1970, he received a BA in Economics from Robert College (Istanbul) and went on to study Management of International Operations at the Swedish Institute of Management in Stockholm. He is a graduate of the International Senior Management Program of the Harvard Business School.
